What we take on

Everything between your brief and your warehouse.

Most buyers lose time and margin in the gaps — between the supplier, the inspector, the warehouse and the forwarder. Wupen closes those gaps and carries the whole sequence.

See the working models
01

Factory search

We work from your specification, not from a catalogue. Manufacturers are searched beyond public marketplaces, then checked for registration, capability and willingness to make your exact product.

02

Product selection & samples

Options are compared side by side — specification, materials, packaging and price. Samples are ordered, photographed, filmed and sent on, so the choice is made on evidence.

03

Negotiation & purchasing

Price, minimum quantity, lead time, packaging, Incoterms and payment structure are negotiated in Chinese. Under the trading model, Wupen contracts and pays the factory itself.

04

Quality control & reporting

Goods are inspected at the stages that matter — before production, during production and before loading — and you receive photographs, video and written reports instead of promises.

05

Storage, packing & consolidation

Purchases from several factories are gathered in one place, counted, stored while the order completes, repacked and palletised for the journey, then marked and labelled to your requirements.

06

Freight & export documents

Sea, rail, road, air or a combination, routed for the deadline and budget that matter to you, with export clearance, the full document set and cargo insurance handled around the sale.

The Wupen model

One brief.
Everything else is ours.

You describe the product, the volume and where it has to arrive. From that moment the full cycle runs on our side — finding the factory, negotiating, buying, checking the goods, packing, storing, loading and shipping them out.

  • 01
One brief in, one shipment out

You are never handed a list of suppliers, inspectors, warehouses and forwarders to coordinate yourself. You state the requirement and receive the goods.

  • 02
    No gaps between stages

Purchase, inspection, packing, storage and freight run as one continuous process, so an order never sits idle waiting for the next contractor to be found.

  • 03
    One team accountable throughout

One quotation, one agreement, one point of contact from the first enquiry to the cargo arriving in your market.

Product scope

What we source.

Wupen works across B2B categories rather than a single niche. If it is manufactured in volume in Asia, it can be briefed to us.

Consumer & household goods

Everyday retail lines, kitchenware, storage, seasonal ranges and private-label products.

Electronics & electrical

Devices, accessories, cabling, lighting, power supplies and certified electrical components.

Machinery & equipment

Production lines, workshop machines, spare parts and equipment supplied against technical specification.

Components & OEM parts

Parts made to your drawing, tooling, moulds and repeat supply of production inputs.

Packaging & print

Cartons, boxes, labels, films, branded packaging and point-of-sale materials.

Textiles & garments

Fabric, workwear, uniforms, home textiles and branded apparel with fit and material approval.

Furniture & interiors

Contract furniture, fittings, project supply for hospitality, retail and office fit-outs.

Building & finishing materials

Materials sourced for construction and renovation projects with volume-driven pricing.

Auto parts & industrial supply

Aftermarket parts, consumables, tools and recurring industrial purchasing programmes.

Feasibility depends on specification, order value, certification, origin, destination and applicable trade controls. If a request falls outside what can be supplied properly, we say so at the brief stage.

Freight & delivery

Sea, rail, road, air —
chosen for the cargo.

Every shipment is routed on its own merits: what the goods are, how fast you need them, what the destination requires and what the budget allows. Transport, export documents and insurance are all handled on our side, and you are told where the cargo is while it moves.

Freight and logistics in detail

Sea freight

Full container and part loads from the main Chinese ports, for volume cargo where cost matters more than speed.

  • FCL and LCL
  • Port-to-port or door delivery
  • Consolidated multi-supplier loads

Rail freight

Container rail corridors between China, Central Asia, Russia and Europe — a middle path between sea economics and air speed.

  • Block train and single container
  • Inland terminal delivery
  • Border formalities coordinated

Road freight

Direct trucking for cross-border and regional deliveries, including the final leg from port, terminal or bonded warehouse.

  • Full and part truck loads
  • Cross-border and last mile
  • Temperature and fragile handling

Air freight

For samples, urgent replenishment, high-value goods and launches where a missed date costs more than the freight.

  • Airport-to-airport or door
  • Express courier for samples
  • Documents prepared in advance

Before anything ships

Storage, consolidation, repacking and marking

Goods bought from several factories rarely arrive ready to travel. They are gathered in one place, counted against the order, held in storage until the whole order is complete, repacked or palletised for the route, marked and labelled to your requirements — and then leave as a single shipment on one set of documents.

  • Collection from multiple suppliers
  • Quantity and carton check on arrival
  • Storage until the order is complete
  • Repacking, palletising, strapping
  • Marking, labelling, barcoding
  • Weight and volume verification
  • Export packing for the chosen route
  • Loading photos before departure

Eyes on the ground

You see the goods
before they sail.

Buying from another continent fails on information, not on price. Wupen replaces assurances with a documented trail: what the factory looks like, what the sample looks like, what came off the line, what went into the container.

  • 01
    Photo and video evidence

Samples, production stages, packaging and loading captured and sent to you — including video walkthroughs where the product needs to be seen moving.

  • 02
    Written inspection reports

Goods are checked against an agreed checklist, with findings, defects and deviations reported to you before the shipment is accepted.

  • 03
    Status you can forward

Order progress summarised in a form you can put in front of your management or your own customer without rewriting it.

Working models

Three ways to work with us.

The scope is the same conversation every time: who contracts the factory, who carries the goods, and who answers for the result.

Model A

Agency mandate

You contract the factory. We run the work on your behalf.

  • Search, verification and negotiation
  • Samples, quality control and reporting
  • Consolidation and freight arranged
  • You keep the direct supplier relationship

Model C

Outsourced purchasing desk

A standing programme instead of one transaction.

  • Recurring orders and replenishment
  • Several categories under one plan
  • Supplier base built and maintained
  • Regular reporting cadence

A controlled workflow

From buying request to delivered cargo.

Eight stages, each with a decision point that belongs to you.

01

Brief

Product, specification, quantity, target price, destination, deadline and preferred working model.

02

Search & verification

Manufacturers found and checked for registration, capability and readiness to make your product.

03

Samples & offer

Options compared, samples ordered and documented, a commercial offer built around the best route.

04

Contract & order

Terms, payment structure and specification fixed in writing, then the order placed with the factory.

05

Production control

Progress tracked against the agreed date, with updates and photographs while the goods are made.

06

Inspection

Goods checked before shipment: quantity, specification, defects, packaging and marking.

07

Packing & freight

Cargo gathered, stored, packed for the route and dispatched with export documents and insurance.

08

Delivery & documents

Transit monitored to the agreed Incoterm, with the document set delivered to you for clearance.

Buyer protection

Where distance buying goes wrong — and what we do about it.

Every point below is a real failure mode in China trade. They are handled by procedure, not by optimism.

The supplier is not the manufacturer

Registration, business scope and production capability are checked before an order is placed, so you are not paying a reseller's margin for a factory price.

The sample and the shipment differ

The approved sample is documented and used as the reference for inspection, so deviations are found before the goods are loaded, not after they arrive.

Payment leaves before the goods do

Payments are structured in stages tied to agreed milestones, and under the trading model your counterparty for payment is Wupen in Hong Kong.

Cargo damaged or lost in transit

Packing is specified for the chosen route, not for the shortest distance to the truck, and cargo insurance is arranged as part of the shipment.

Documents stop the cargo at the border

The export and shipping document set is prepared and cross-checked against the destination's requirements before departure.

Nobody answers when it goes wrong

One team owns the order end to end. Problems come with a status, a cause and a proposed solution rather than a forwarded email in Chinese.

Global reach

Asian supply.
Global delivery.

Hong Kong is the commercial platform: contracts, payments and accountability sit here, while goods move directly from the factory to your market by the most sensible route.

Every sale starts with the right counterparty.

The company

A Hong Kong trading house for international buyers.

Wupen Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong to source, purchase, sell and supply goods for business customers across international markets.

Our role is commercial and straightforward: understand what the buyer needs, find the right factory, negotiate a workable deal, buy and control the goods, prepare them properly and deliver them. The buyer runs one relationship; we run everything behind it.

Common questions

Before we begin.

What exactly is included from our side?

One brief and one decision at each approval point. Everything else — factory search, negotiation, purchase, sampling, inspection, storage, packing, marking, freight booking, export clearance and documents — runs on the Wupen side as a single job.

Can Wupen be the seller under our contract?

Yes, where the product, counterparties and transaction are commercially and legally feasible. Wupen can purchase from the approved factory and resell the goods to your company under one Hong Kong contract, one quotation and one invoice.

Can you find factories beyond public marketplaces?

Yes. The search can include manufacturers outside the buyer's current network and outside the platforms, followed by registration, capability, sample and commercial checks before anything is proposed to you.

Can you buy from several factories and ship it as one consignment?

Yes. Goods are collected in one place, checked against the order, stored until every supplier has delivered, repacked or palletised where the route requires it, marked to your specification and then dispatched as a single shipment under one set of documents.

How do we see the goods before shipment?

Through the reporting trail: sample photographs and video, updates during production, a pre-shipment inspection report against an agreed checklist, and loading photographs with the container and seal recorded.

Which transport modes can you arrange?

Sea freight in full and part container loads, rail corridors, road transport, air freight and multimodal combinations. The mode is selected per shipment against deadline, volume, route and budget rather than fixed in advance.

Who handles export and shipping documents?

We arrange the export clearance and the shipping document set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or waybill, certificate of origin and any additional certificates the destination requires — and cross-check them before departure.

What happens if the goods are defective?

The approved sample and inspection checklist are the reference. Where defects are identified before shipment, the goods are corrected, replaced or rejected at the supplier's side. Post-delivery claims are handled under the agreed contract terms.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is no fixed rule; feasibility depends on the product, the factory's own minimums and whether the shipment can be moved economically. We tell you at the brief stage if the quantity does not work.

What languages do you work in?

Negotiation with factories is conducted in Chinese, and correspondence with your company in English. This site is available in English and simplified Chinese.
