What this notice covers
This notice explains what information Wupen Limited collects through this website, why it is collected and how it is handled. It applies to business enquiries only; this site is not intended for consumers and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Information we collect
- Details you enter into the enquiry form: name, company, work email address, destination country, the service you are interested in, transport preference, quantity, timing and the description of your requirement.
- Anything you choose to include in correspondence with us by email.
We do not ask for payment card details, identification documents or personal information beyond ordinary business contact data through this website. Sensitive information should not be submitted through the form.
Why we use it
- To assess your enquiry and prepare a response, quotation or commercial offer.
- To carry out the counterparty, product, destination and end-use checks required by our compliance obligations.
- To communicate with you about the enquiry and any resulting transaction.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How enquiries are transmitted
Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to our business email address. Depending on configuration, transmission may pass through a third-party form-delivery provider acting on our instructions, or your own email client if you send the summary directly. Email is not an inherently confidential medium; do not send commercially sensitive material through the form before we have agreed a secure channel.
Sharing
Information may be shared with parties involved in fulfilling your enquiry — for example suppliers, inspection providers, warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, insurers, banks and professional advisers — strictly to the extent needed to perform the work or to meet a legal, tax or regulatory requirement. Where a transaction touches sanctions or export-control screening, relevant details may be processed as part of that review.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable record-keeping, accounting and limitation rules. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or archived.

Your requests

Requests are handled under the law applicable to Wupen Limited in Hong Kong, without prejudice to rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction.
