Freight that starts at the factory gate.

Your goods do not become a shipment on their own. They have to be collected, counted, held until the order is complete, packed for the journey, marked, documented, cleared and put on the right vehicle. All of that sits with us — you receive the cargo and the paperwork.

How routing is decided

The route follows
your deadline.

Every order has a different priority. Some need the lowest possible landed cost, some cannot miss a launch date, some carry goods that dictate their own handling. The transport plan is built around whichever of those is true for you — and then it is booked, monitored and documented without further involvement on your side.

  • 01
    Cost-driven shipments

Volume cargo with a flexible date travels by sea, consolidated where possible so you pay for space you actually use.

  • 02
    Date-driven shipments

When the date is the constraint, rail or air carries the order — or part of it, so the critical items arrive while the balance follows by sea.

  • 03
    Cargo-driven shipments

Fragile, oversized, high-value or regulated goods are routed and packed for what they are, not for what is cheapest to book.

Transport modes

Four ways out of China.

Modes are combined as freely as they are used alone. A single order can leave the factory by truck, cross the continent by rail and finish on a local delivery — under one booking and one document set.

Sea freight

The default for volume. Cargo leaves from the main Chinese ports either as a full container booked for you alone, or as part of a shared container when the volume does not justify a whole box.

  • Full container loads (FCL)
  • Part loads (LCL) and consolidation
  • Port-to-port or door delivery
  • Out-of-gauge and project cargo

Rail freight

The middle ground for inland markets. Container rail runs between China, Central Asia, Russia and Europe, reaching landlocked destinations without the transhipment a sea route would need.

  • Block train and single container
  • Delivery to inland terminals
  • Border and transit formalities
  • Onward trucking from the terminal

Road freight

Direct trucking where a border crossing beats a port call, and the final leg of almost every other route — from the terminal, the port or the bonded warehouse to your address.

  • Full and part truck loads
  • Cross-border direct delivery
  • Last mile from port or terminal
  • Temperature-controlled options

Air freight

For samples, launches, urgent replenishment and goods valuable enough that weeks of transit cost more than the airfare. Also the fastest way to get an approved sample into your hands.

  • Airport-to-airport or full door
  • Express courier for samples
  • High-value and priority cargo
  • Documents cleared in advance

Multimodal

One booking, several legs

Where no single mode fits, they are combined: sea to a regional hub then rail inland, air for the urgent portion and sea for the rest, rail to a terminal then trucking to the door. You still deal with one shipment, one status and one set of documents.

  • Truck to port or rail terminal
  • Sea or rail main leg
  • Transhipment handled for you
  • Split shipments by priority
  • Final-mile delivery
  • Single document set throughout

Before departure

Storage, consolidation and export packing.

Most damage, most short-shipments and most customs delays are created before the cargo ever moves. This is where they are prevented.

Collection and storage

Purchases from different factories arrive on different days. They are received in one place and held until the order is whole, so nothing ships in fragments and nothing waits at your cost.

  • Pick-up arranged from each supplier
  • Goods held while the order completes
  • Storage period agreed in advance

Checking in the goods

Cartons are counted against the order and the packing list before anything is accepted, so a shortage is found in China where it can still be fixed — not at your warehouse door.

  • Quantity and carton count
  • Condition check on arrival
  • Discrepancies raised with the supplier

Repacking and palletising

Factory packaging is built for a short truck ride, not for weeks at sea. Where the route demands more, cartons are reinforced, repacked, palletised and strapped for the journey they will actually take.

  • Export-grade cartons and filler
  • Palletising, wrapping, strapping
  • Fumigated pallets where required

Marking and labelling

Your marking, your labels, your barcodes — applied in China so the cargo arrives ready for your warehouse system or your customer's receiving process.

  • Shipping marks and carton numbering
  • Barcodes and retail labels
  • Handling and compliance labels

Weight, volume and loading

Cargo is measured and weighed before booking so the freight quoted is the freight charged, and loading is photographed with the container and seal recorded.

  • Verified weight and volume
  • Load plan for the container
  • Loading photos and seal number

Cargo insurance

Transport goes wrong occasionally, and when it does the loss should be recoverable. Insurance is arranged for the declared value and the actual route, not left as an afterthought.

  • Cover arranged per shipment
  • Value declared to match the invoice
  • Claim support if it is needed

Documents & customs

The paperwork
arrives before the cargo.

A shipment held at the border is an expensive lesson in document preparation. The export side is handled in China, and the set you need for import is prepared, checked against the destination's requirements and sent ahead of the goods.

  • 01
    Export side closed in China

Export declaration and clearance handled at origin so the cargo leaves cleanly and on the booked departure.

  • 02
    Import set prepared for you

Invoice, packing list, transport document and certificates issued consistently, so your broker is not reconciling three versions of the same figures.

  • 03
    Checked against the destination

Requirements differ by country and by product. The set is reviewed against what your customs will actually ask for before departure.

Discuss your destination
Typical document set Varies by product and destination
  1. Commercial

    Invoice and packing list
Values, quantities, weights, carton breakdown and marks.

  2. Transport

    Bill of lading or waybill
Sea, rail, road or air document naming the consignee and terms.

  3. Origin

    Certificate of origin
Issued where the destination or a trade agreement requires it.

  4. Product

    Certificates and test reports
Product-specific certification, declarations and compliance papers.

  5. Cargo

    Insurance certificate
Cover for the declared value over the booked route.

  6. Handling

    Fumigation and packing declarations
Where wooden packaging or the destination's rules require them.

Delivery terms

How far we take it.

The Incoterm decides where our responsibility ends and yours begins. It is agreed in writing before the order is placed, so there is no argument at the border about who booked what.

Common delivery terms and what they include
Term What it means for you Typically suits
EXW / FCA You take the goods at origin and run the transport yourself. We still buy, check and prepare the cargo. Buyers with their own forwarder in China.
FOB We deliver the cargo cleared and loaded at the port of departure; the main leg is on your side. Buyers with an existing shipping contract.
CIF / CIP We arrange the main leg and the insurance to the named destination; you handle import clearance. Buyers with a broker at their own port.
DAP / DDP We take the cargo through to your delivery address, with duties handled under DDP where it is available. Buyers who want the goods and nothing else to manage.
