Factory search
We work from your specification, not from a catalogue. Manufacturers are searched beyond public marketplaces, then checked for registration, capability and willingness to make your exact product.
Hong Kong trading house
Wupen finds the factory, negotiates and purchases the goods, arranges inspection, consolidation and freight — and hands your company a finished supply chain under one contract and one point of accountability.
One brief, one chain, one invoice
Product, price, quality, documents and transport coordinated by one team.

What we take on
Most buyers lose time and margin in the gaps — between the supplier, the inspector, the warehouse and the forwarder. Wupen closes those gaps and carries the whole sequence.
See the working modelsWe work from your specification, not from a catalogue. Manufacturers are searched beyond public marketplaces, then checked for registration, capability and willingness to make your exact product.
Options are compared side by side — specification, materials, packaging and price. Samples are ordered, photographed, filmed and sent on, so the choice is made on evidence.
Price, minimum quantity, lead time, packaging, Incoterms and payment structure are negotiated in Chinese. Under the trading model, Wupen contracts and pays the factory itself.
Goods are inspected at the stages that matter — before production, during production and before loading — and you receive photographs, video and written reports instead of promises.
Purchases from several factories are gathered in one place, counted, stored while the order completes, repacked and palletised for the journey, then marked and labelled to your requirements.
Sea, rail, road, air or a combination, routed for the deadline and budget that matter to you, with export clearance, the full document set and cargo insurance handled around the sale.
The Wupen model
You describe the product, the volume and where it has to arrive. From that moment the full cycle runs on our side — finding the factory, negotiating, buying, checking the goods, packing, storing, loading and shipping them out.
You are never handed a list of suppliers, inspectors, warehouses and forwarders to coordinate yourself. You state the requirement and receive the goods.
Purchase, inspection, packing, storage and freight run as one continuous process, so an order never sits idle waiting for the next contractor to be found.
One quotation, one agreement, one point of contact from the first enquiry to the cargo arriving in your market.
Product scope
Wupen works across B2B categories rather than a single niche. If it is manufactured in volume in Asia, it can be briefed to us.
Everyday retail lines, kitchenware, storage, seasonal ranges and private-label products.
Devices, accessories, cabling, lighting, power supplies and certified electrical components.
Production lines, workshop machines, spare parts and equipment supplied against technical specification.
Parts made to your drawing, tooling, moulds and repeat supply of production inputs.
Cartons, boxes, labels, films, branded packaging and point-of-sale materials.
Fabric, workwear, uniforms, home textiles and branded apparel with fit and material approval.
Contract furniture, fittings, project supply for hospitality, retail and office fit-outs.
Materials sourced for construction and renovation projects with volume-driven pricing.
Aftermarket parts, consumables, tools and recurring industrial purchasing programmes.
Feasibility depends on specification, order value, certification, origin, destination and applicable trade controls. If a request falls outside what can be supplied properly, we say so at the brief stage.
Eyes on the ground
Buying from another continent fails on information, not on price. Wupen replaces assurances with a documented trail: what the factory looks like, what the sample looks like, what came off the line, what went into the container.
Samples, production stages, packaging and loading captured and sent to you — including video walkthroughs where the product needs to be seen moving.
Goods are checked against an agreed checklist, with findings, defects and deviations reported to you before the shipment is accepted.
Order progress summarised in a form you can put in front of your management or your own customer without rewriting it.

Working models
The scope is the same conversation every time: who contracts the factory, who carries the goods, and who answers for the result.
Model A
You contract the factory. We run the work on your behalf.
Model B
Wupen buys the goods and sells them to you.
Model C
A standing programme instead of one transaction.
A controlled workflow
Eight stages, each with a decision point that belongs to you.
Product, specification, quantity, target price, destination, deadline and preferred working model.
Manufacturers found and checked for registration, capability and readiness to make your product.
Options compared, samples ordered and documented, a commercial offer built around the best route.
Terms, payment structure and specification fixed in writing, then the order placed with the factory.
Progress tracked against the agreed date, with updates and photographs while the goods are made.
Goods checked before shipment: quantity, specification, defects, packaging and marking.
Cargo gathered, stored, packed for the route and dispatched with export documents and insurance.
Transit monitored to the agreed Incoterm, with the document set delivered to you for clearance.
Buyer protection
Every point below is a real failure mode in China trade. They are handled by procedure, not by optimism.
Registration, business scope and production capability are checked before an order is placed, so you are not paying a reseller's margin for a factory price.
The approved sample is documented and used as the reference for inspection, so deviations are found before the goods are loaded, not after they arrive.
Payments are structured in stages tied to agreed milestones, and under the trading model your counterparty for payment is Wupen in Hong Kong.
Packing is specified for the chosen route, not for the shortest distance to the truck, and cargo insurance is arranged as part of the shipment.
The export and shipping document set is prepared and cross-checked against the destination's requirements before departure.
One team owns the order end to end. Problems come with a status, a cause and a proposed solution rather than a forwarded email in Chinese.
Global reach
Hong Kong is the commercial platform: contracts, payments and accountability sit here, while goods move directly from the factory to your market by the most sensible route.
Every offer is subject to product feasibility, supplier approval, commercial terms and compliance review.
Compliance is a condition of trade
Wupen Limited strictly observes applicable sanctions, export controls and restricted-party requirements. We do not buy from or sell to sanctioned countries or territories, or to companies, individuals, beneficial owners, banks, vessels or other parties appearing on applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists.
Every purchase and sale is subject to product, counterparty, beneficial-ownership, banking, destination and end-use review. Wupen may decline or suspend any transaction that does not meet its compliance requirements.
The company
Wupen Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong to source, purchase, sell and supply goods for business customers across international markets.
Our role is commercial and straightforward: understand what the buyer needs, find the right factory, negotiate a workable deal, buy and control the goods, prepare them properly and deliver them. The buyer runs one relationship; we run everything behind it.
Who we work with
Common questions
One brief and one decision at each approval point. Everything else — factory search, negotiation, purchase, sampling, inspection, storage, packing, marking, freight booking, export clearance and documents — runs on the Wupen side as a single job.
Yes, where the product, counterparties and transaction are commercially and legally feasible. Wupen can purchase from the approved factory and resell the goods to your company under one Hong Kong contract, one quotation and one invoice.
Yes. The search can include manufacturers outside the buyer's current network and outside the platforms, followed by registration, capability, sample and commercial checks before anything is proposed to you.
Yes. Goods are collected in one place, checked against the order, stored until every supplier has delivered, repacked or palletised where the route requires it, marked to your specification and then dispatched as a single shipment under one set of documents.
Through the reporting trail: sample photographs and video, updates during production, a pre-shipment inspection report against an agreed checklist, and loading photographs with the container and seal recorded.
Sea freight in full and part container loads, rail corridors, road transport, air freight and multimodal combinations. The mode is selected per shipment against deadline, volume, route and budget rather than fixed in advance.
We arrange the export clearance and the shipping document set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or waybill, certificate of origin and any additional certificates the destination requires — and cross-check them before departure.
The approved sample and inspection checklist are the reference. Where defects are identified before shipment, the goods are corrected, replaced or rejected at the supplier's side. Post-delivery claims are handled under the agreed contract terms.
There is no fixed rule; feasibility depends on the product, the factory's own minimums and whether the shipment can be moved economically. We tell you at the brief stage if the quantity does not work.
Negotiation with factories is conducted in Chinese, and correspondence with your company in English. This site is available in English and simplified Chinese.
